- Model-backed actions (summarize, rewrite, extract) exist in code but are gated off in the shipping build. Instant text transforms (case, encoding, etc.) already ship and are listed separately.
- End-to-end encrypted cloud sync
- Sync engine and schema exist and are tested, but not wired into the shipping app — no Settings tab, no way to turn it on yet.
- Team / shared memory
- The encryption layer for shared team boards exists in code but has no shipping UI yet.
- iOS / multi-device app
- RAAD is Mac-only today. Universal Clipboard lets you paste into iOS manually, but there is no RAAD iOS app.

How does RAAD’s pricing compare to Pastebot?
Pastebot is $39 one-time from Tapbots directly (plus $19/yr for updates after the first year), or $2.99/mo ($24.99/yr) on the Mac App Store. Both have a 14-day trial but no permanent free tier — same as RAAD.
Does RAAD have anything like Pastebot’s Smart Pastebins?
Yes — RAAD’s pinboards can be filtered the same way Pastebot’s Smart Pastebins are, using the same search filters (app, date, type) that power regular search.
Does Pastebot have OCR or semantic search?
No — as of this comparison, Pastebot has neither OCR text recognition nor semantic search. Both are core to RAAD: OCR with line-level bounding boxes, and on-device semantic search across your whole history.
Is Pastebot open source or does it have an MCP server?
No to both — Pastebot is closed source with no MCP server. RAAD has an MCP server with real write access and an audit trail for AI clients like Claude.
